Moreover, we developed five pillars that we believe best represents our family. They are faith, family, fun, finance and fitness. There is intentionality in the sequence of our pillars as it relates to our household as we believe that God is the head of our family.
Who We Are
The Mattis Five embodies a lifestyle that the average family can relate to. We take budgeted trips to different countries to learn about their culture. Seeing the world with our kids helps with improving our bond as the experiences have been shared together. We work nine to five jobs, so time is a very important feat in maintaining family relations. Our family number 5 represents humanity as such we always remember to keep the mirrors of our limitations in view. That is, we try to remain grounded and know that in our humanness we are susceptible to fail. We understand that every failure presents an opportunity to learn. We value others and respect their feelings and most important, we are not perfect. The Mattis Five understands that individually we can accomplish a great deal however collectively we can accomplish more together.
